Is PEO processing now just an application drop-off?

Hellow, all,

Just recently spoke to a solicitor and he mentioned that PEOs are no longer conducting interviews but just basically taking your documents and biometrics and inform about their decision few hours later. Which means there is no way to explain something later on if needed or to submit additional evidence. Also probably means no point taking a solicitor with you but instead it is worth spending more time preparing the package. Any thoughts or experiences?

All peo's except croydon have face to face interaction with the caseworker.Hence u can submit ur documents as asked by the caseworker. In croydon they take ur bio and ask u to wait for the decision.
