Over the top on the documents, for example for cohabitation, only documents covering the time since the last PBS dep extension up to a max of 2 years needs to be covered. Basically, for every 4 months over the last two years, one joint letter or one each from a total of at least 3 sources will suffice. Though, if you want to include it all it's up to you. It's very extension I'll give you that.

Minimum Document requirement for ILR (SET O)

Hi all,

What would be the minimum document requirement for my self & my dependant applying with SET(O)?

I am thinking below:

Main:

1. Application (set o) & biometric
2. Passport and 2 photographs
3. P60 for 5 years
4. Bank statements for 5 years
5. Payslips covering 2 years
6. Holidays (total 104 holidays taken over 5 years) - Pay slips & bank statements showing full pay.
7. Self certificate explaining the holidays & 10 days breavment holiday
8. Death certificate of my father on breavment.
9. Life in the UK test certificate

Dependent

1. Dependent application included within SET O
2. Passport and 2 photographs
3. P60 for 3 years (Is this really necessary?)
4. Bank statement for 3 years (Is this really necessary??)
5. Life in the UK test certificate

Cohabitation evidence

1. Title deed for our house (joint)
2. Council tax bill joint for 3 years
3. Mortgage payment joint 3 years
4. Marriage certificate (Is this really necessary??)

But I am confused with whether we really need to give lot of documents to dependent as well??

Does the dependent has to give a self certificate for absence? And all the others I have listed up there questioning is it necessary?

Would appreciate if seniors could provide clarity on what would be the minimum docuementation requirement.

Thank you
