I need to apply for british passport for my new born baby.

As my wife and I are on ILR currently, how do we apply for british passport for the child?

1. Go to post office and make an application
from here:https://www.gov.uk/get-a-child-passport ... t-passport

or

2. Fillin the MN1 form on UKBA site?

Can you please point me to the page with instructions?

it is definitely NOT #2.

it is #1, however I am not sure if an alternate prior task must be completed in order for #1 to be successful.

When and where was the child born? What date did you get ILR?
