Hi Guys,

When I submit my 10 yrs long stay application, should I have to meet the same salary level as per my work permit?

If there is a small different, will it work against my application?

So far as you have valid leave there is no salary requirement for set(lr).

Thank you, should I then send my pay slips and will it prove that I was contributing to NI & tax? as I was reading the guidance, it says

"The applicant's employment record will often be a significant consideration. You must consider what the person has been doing while they have been in the UK, and what economic contribution, if any, they have made. Whilst not having a sound employment record is not in itself a reason to refuse leave, this along with strong ties with the UK would count in a person's favour, if they have not been a burden on public finances but have, in fact, contributed through income tax and national insurance contributions."

If you believe it will support your application then you can include whatever you want. However, if you have valid passport(s) for the 10 year period, that should suffice.

My silly question, should I send my application by recorded delivery royal mail and it is worth insure it?

It would be wise to send the application by at least recorded delivery and include a pre paid special delivery envelope for return of your documents.
