I like to apply for my wife SET(M) visa, she initially come to uk 5 years ago on Work Permit Dependent, i got my ILR last year on ten year bases.
therefore had to apply for my wife FLR(M).

My question is can i apply for her ILR as she had come to UK more than 5 years ago,

Though she had a valid visa during this five years she had only been in uk for 2 to 3 years.
(I haven't really come across anything to state any limitations on absence for Dependent visa)

Can you please advise me if i can apply for her SET(M) as she is currently on FLR(M).

Flr(m) was applied on feb 2013. My wife's work permit dependent visa expired on jan 2013 while she was in India therefore applied for Flr(m) 13 days after the expire of her dependent visa.
She was in India for more then 18 months for health reason.
