Got ILR for my Wife - Glasgow PEO

Hi All
Just want to say thank you to all of you for your help. Just a little background--I received my ILR on the basis of 10 yrs long residency and my wife had been staying with me for last 7 yrs. She was granted FLR (M) at the same time of my ILR few days back. I wan't sure when should I be able to apply for my wife's ILR so I spoke to solicitor however he advised me that she has to be here for 2 years on FLR (M) before she could apply. After reading this forum, I was confident that my wife will get ILR now at this stage.
I booked a PEO appointment and prepared my documents along with a covering letter. I mentioned that my wife was granted Tier 1 dependent visa on and latter FLR (M) on ..... . I was advised that I am eligible to apply for my wife’s indefinite leave to remain as Paragraph 287 allows such dependants to count time spent as a PBS dependant and also time as the partner of a person who is settled here towards the necessary two year period for ILR.
After reading my covering letter, he advised that I am eligible to apply for her ILR. I was asked few questions to confirm we had been staying together for last two years however there was no problem.
I was called in an hour and given the passport back.
Thank you once again and best of luck with you...
