Hi, this is my first post, i am on Tier1 (G), i need to confirm my appointment date

Tier 1 (G) visa stamped: 21/10/2008
Entry UK: 30/11/2008

1).I booked my appointment for ILR for 23/09/2013 just 28 days before 21/10/2008. Can any one please confirm this booking date.

2) In Set(0) Q.7.11, 4 years 9 months, as per my appointment booking date, will this period enough for my qualifying period.

I will be really thankful if anyone help me on this.

I initially booked my appointment on dot 28 days from visa expiry but to avoid any confusion, i re-scheduled mine which will be 21 days from visa expiry.

2. i had calculated my stay from entry to UK to expiry of visa. I dont think your stated duration will cause any problem..

She's fine assuming she meets the requirements including KoLL and that you're applying from 28 days before your qualifying period ends.
