ILR for spouse...NEED HELP PLS

hi
my wife came into the UK on 2 yrs spouse visa along with our 2 yr old daughter. i was already on ILR when they came. now their visa is expiring end of august and we need to apply for their ILR.
i want your help to guide me as i have no idea about the whole process.
i am working full time for last 6 months and have sufficient accomodation. i also have a employment history letter from hmrc. i dont have much funds in my bank account. please tell me what other documents do i need?
do i have to show them employment contract, employer letter, accomodation survey report, bank statments, utility bills etc ?
we have short time left so please reply as soon as possible thanks.
