Dear Gurus and well wishers,
Firstly I would really appreciate your great advices & time and Hats off.

My LR due in Sep 2013.
In 31/08/2006, I applied for SEGS in time but my application was returned after 2 months for document submission due to document missing, as there was tick in doc list. I enclosed doc with same application and send back in couple of days and SEGS was approved on 20/12/2006.
There is no via in this period(110 days).

Does it comes in Valid residency? Is there any Issue For my LR?

You should be fine because 28 days concession will be applied which starts from the date of application invalidty notification.

For set(lr) then see Long residence and private life guidance (click) at pages 20/21.
