URGENT! Annual Leaves Employer Letter for ILR

Hi,
I have been working here on a Tier2 (ICT) route for 5 years and I have been told that there a new document needed (from Apr-13) from the employer confirming the paid Annual leaves for the past 5 years.
I have 2 queries:
1. in the past 5 years, my total travel outside of UK has been for 90 days. All this travel has been for leisure (no business trips). Do I still need to carry this letter?
2. My employer has not been forthcoming in giving me this letter after repeated requests.
What can I do about this? Will my ILR application be declined if I don't carry this document (although my stay outside is UK is well below 180)?
