I have an appt at PEO Croydon on 23/08/13.
Details are as follows:
Initial Tier-1 (General) grant valid from: 30/08/2008
Entered UK: 01/11/2008
Tier-1 was extended once, until 30/08/2013.

I am now making an app for ILR on the basis of the 90-day rule and also the 28-day rule (applying now before my leave expires on 30/08/2013). Total days outside the UK during these 5 years are 97 and I have not exceeded 50 days of absence during any 12-month period in the last 5 years.

I am wondering if I am really eligible for ILR now, or is it just the last minute nervousness that I am missing something big here..? Please advise. Many thanks in advance.

I think it's a case of the jitters.

See Indefinite leave to remain – calculating continuous period in UK (click) at page 21.
