cohabitation docs query !!!

Hello
I was going thru post regarding ilr application.
I wanted to ask you that ilk be applying ilr next year in November..2014.
I want to know what is required in cohabitation documents...as right now I don't have any with my husband ...I will be including my name on the tenancy agreement , council taxs, and utility bills.
But then it will be only for 1 year ...will it be ok ..or do I have to wait for 2 years tthan apply for ilr ??
