Dear Experts,

I'm completing 5 years in couple of months (Nov13) but my last Tier2(ICT) was applied from India in Nov'11 due to role change. Prior to this my Workpermit was initiated in Nov08 from India and COS in Nov10 from UK. I've been in the same company throughout my period in UK.

Need your assistance to check my eligibility for ILR. Thanks in advance.

Your most recent permission to stay must have been given in the UK in the Tier 2 (Intra company transfer).
