Hi,

I made my ILR application to Liverpool PEO on 20th August. However, after all steps the lady kept the application saying they need to do more checks and gave a letter. The letter says the application is valid but they need to do additional checks.

The only reason I went for PEO was to get same day decision.
It's been a week however had no response. How long should I wait before chasing them ?

There is no saying how long you will wait. It depends on what checks they're doing, did you have a criminal history?

Hi There,

I also went for ILR same day application yesterday and there was a systems problems on the office. At the end of the day they kept all my documents and gave a letter saying that they require further checks to be done. The case worker said that everything is fine with the paper work and that they don't require any more documents but they require few more check to be done.

Have anybody faced such problem.
