Hi

I just wan't to know am I eligible for ILR in Oct 2015, under new rules?

1.I have granted entry clearance visa(Tier 2 ) on Mar 2010, and I was entered on Oct 2010.

2.Got visa(Tier 2 ICT) extended in UK Apr 2011 and Apr 2013

3.Am I eligible to apply ILR in Oct 2015? or I have to go back ?

It will be helpful to know your UK immigration categories/history.

I am on T2 ICT Long term leave to Remain visa type and visa granted in March 2010. Subsequent extensions of my visa in UK in April 2011 and April 2013.

(d) The continuous period of 5 years referred to in
paragraph (c) must include a period of leave as:
(i) a Tier 2 (Intra-Company Transfer) Migrant
granted under the Rules in place before 6
April 2010.

Since your entry clearance was granted under the Rules in place before 6
April 2010, you are eligible for ILR.
