are there any old work permit holders who do not meet salary soc and have their ILR approved. have any old work permit holders applied for ILR without meeting the soc minimum salary

what is your situation?

i am on workpermit and applied for ILR but dont meet the soc code - my company refused to increase the salary and had to apply anyway. the lawyers say they made a strong case showing lots of ties
