Main applicant came UK student. IGS, PSW now 'tier 1 general'.

Dependant (Now tier1 dependant) are abroad now.

Can main applicant apply ILR on Long residency while dependant abroad?

Can dependant back UK while main applicant application on home office?

I believe as long as dependent's visa is not expired, they can travel back to UK.
