ILR on 10 years stay basis where time spent under EEA route

This thread can be helpful for applicants applying ILR on 10 years long residence basis where they have spent part of their time under EEA route (holding EEA2 Residence permit). I am sure a lot of people have been asking similar question many times and there are not much member experiences/thread about that. Can someone make this thread sticky so that people under these circumstances write their experiences to serve present/future applicants too.

i don't think we need it. Requirement is still same . time spend under EU rules you still need to show EEA national exercising treaty right.

example : 8 years student + 2 yrs EU routes = someone can apply under 10 yrs rule

Easiest and simplest way to deal this situation will be to just keep in mind the requirements for EEEA4 PR where 5 years of eea national evidences will need but here as in above mentioned illustration the similar evidences/documents will need of 2 years in order to secure ILR on 10 years basis.
