Dependant of a Work permit holder's ILR Application

Is SET (O) form the correct form to use for a dependant of a work permit holder who has ILR and now British citizenship as well? I assume application could be made under Paragraph 196 (D) (ii). Please correct me if I am wrong.

Thank you. The Paragraph 196 D (ii) uses word ILR but the work permit holder has now attained British citizenship, will make any difference?
