Hi,
My first (workpermit) entry clearance was issued on 20/10/2008 and my entry was on 29/10/2008 to UK. i assume 28 days earlier my eligible period starts which is on 01/10/2013. or can i be eligible to apply 28 days before the entry clearance date which is 22/09/2013.

I plan for premium service
