tier 1 (general) ilr application.

i have booked an appointment at liverpool PEO FOR ILR next week, can anyone please help me reply my queries. 1) i am in TIER 1 since 2008 and before Tier 1 I was student so for prof of continuous period of 5 years lawfully in uk is it must to submit all 5 years p60? what else i can submit instead of p60s as i don have last 5 yerars p60s. and question no 2) last 5 years i have been only twice in holiday each one month in 2 different years, is it still i have to produce letter from my employer for that. a quick reply will be appreciated. thx

1. P60 for last 5 years is not requirement if youa re applying under T1G. Male sure you include bank statment and payslip for last 12 months.
2. A letter would be good although if you can'tg et one, you can explain it in covering letter. I have seen people getting ILR without letters as they were out of UK for less than 180 days in last 5 years.

Thx a lot for your reply. Regarding question no 2, for last holiday i have letter from my present employer about authorized holiday but for the first holiday i cant manage any employer letter because i have left that job at 2010 and that company doesn't exist anymore. it will be highly appreciated if you can give me any templet of covering letter explaining about my first holiday & one more thing as i have only one employer letter which is only gonna cover my last holiday should i give it to case worker and tick in 6.3 or leave it blank?

Yeah thats fine. Just explain it in covering letter. I dont have a covering letter but I am pretty sure people have share it here just look through the threads. Somebody who got ilr at peo shared it about a month ago.

thanks ton akhurshid, i find this forum use full only because of you are replying my questions. now i will be glad if anyone who have cover letter where i can describe my holiday(30days) which i don have any evidence to show. thx.

If your absences are <180 days you don't need evidence.
Now that 2 people have answered your thread, I hope you find the forum more 'useful'.

thx lot guru. u made my life even easier, you guys are so help full, i was almost about to spend £600 to solicitor for them 2 reason, how come you guys are so good !
