ILR and Wife dependent

Dear All,
I need urgent help on this matter.
I am applying for ILR next week with my kid ( born in India).
Wife previously on her own on tier 1 (since feb 2009) Until Dec 2012 then switched to Tier 1 dependent and entered UK in Feb 2013.
Can anyone suggest which category to apply in i am confused for her extension as she cannot get ILR with me as i understand ??? or is it possible in any way ?
Should i apply in FLR (M) or PBS dependent is there any particular benefit of any of them ? and would she qualify for 2 yr ILR route as she has been in UK ?
