Hi

I have a 5 year work permit which will expire on 28th November 2013, after which I will be eligible for ILR.

I got married this year and my wife joined me here in UK on 17th of June 2013. Please could you let me know if she will be eligible for ILR when I make my application as I am having a 5 year work permit or does she have to apply for FLR and wait for 2 years to get her ILR.

If she's a work permit dep she can apply with you under 196E and 196D (click).

Thank you for your reply, this means she do not have to wait for 2 years to get an ILR, she will get it now.
