My ten years complete in Sept 2014 (4 years PhD, 1 year post study work visa, and 4.5 years Tier 1 General). Can I apply for ILR? Or shall i wait for completion of 5 years in Tier 1 General (April 2015)?

Sorry, it is 4 years student, 1.5 years post study work and 4.5years Tier 1 General. Is it worth taking the risk? Is post-study work visa counted/included within 10yr period?

The PhD from the UK will suffice the additional B1 requirement.
