Two full days in a Crown Dependency (Isle of Man) - Premium?

Hi,

I have been on a business trip to one of the crown dependencies for two nights (3 days). According to the Home Office website, the ILR premium service is not allowed for anyone who have spent part of their 5-year continuous period time in the crown dependencies.

However, I always have this feeling like my trip did not count? My gut feeling tells me that that the word 'spent' somehow means living / working in the crown dependency - spending a more significant time there.

Am I eligible to apply for premium service?

And also, given my circumstances, am I to fill in section 6.11 on Form Set (O)?

I am on a Tier 2 - ICT and already been in UK for 4 years 11 months. Hoping to skip the waiting time and go straight to premium if it is indeed possible.

You went on a business trip to one of the Crown Dependencies, you actually didn't spent time there as part of your continuous residence....!!!!

SECTION 6(6.9-6.11) - IMMIGRATION HISTORY (cont.) Page 16 of Form Set(O) Version 04/2013 is about leave to enter or remain in the Crown dependencies. Unless your T2-ICT was issued for CD you are not required to fill this section.

You are eligible for premium service.

Thank you for that convincing reply. I have now booked for the premium service.
