10 years ILR application during appeal

I came this country 10 years ago as a studsent. My wife and daughter came this country year ago as my depandent when I was PSW visa .After psw ,i applyed for FLR(0) private life. But they refused my application. I submit appeal on tribunal court . Appeal still pending.I will apply for ILR on Long Residency.
1. What will be my appeal when i apply for ILR ?
2. What i will do for my wife and daugter. If need diffrent application for them, which application form should i use. They live here with me last one year.
