ILR Approved->01 Oct 13 @PEO Solihull with 2 dependant

My case:
Tier 2 - June 2008 to 30 Mar 2010
Tier 1 General - 31 Mar 2010 - Till now
Partner with me in UK from July 2008. She was out of the country for more than 180 days in last 2 years.
Applied for ILR for 1 Main Applicant + Partner + Child Born in India
Appointment was in the morning at around 9:35 am. Biometric was completed by 10:30 and the documents were ready for collection by 1pm. No question asked while submitting the documents. They asked to sign a declaration and checked the photographs took photo copies of the passports and asked me to go and wait for Bio metric. The caseworker didn't check any document in front of me. He took the whole file which I prepared. Bio metric person took the finger and thumb prints.
That's All !!!
I only submitted the absolute minimum set of documents even though i carried some extra ones. My total absences were 90 days (less than 180 days) and carried current employer letter for 77 days annual holidays and also no cover letter. I applied in Tier 1 general category.
Following were submitted.
1. Application form + photos (2 for main applicant + 2 for each dependent)
2. Online payment receipt
For Main Applicant:
3. Passport & biometric card
4. 12 month payslip
5. 12 month bank statement
6. Life in UK certificate.
7. Employer letter for absence (annual paid holidays)
For Partner:
8. Cohabitation documents:
- Council Tax Bill on joint name for 2013 & 2012
- Electoral office letter on my & partner's name (Sep 2013)
- Poll Card (Nov 2012 & May 2011) on my & partners name
- Marriage Certi.
- British Gas Bill on joint name - Nov 2011
- Recent Rental Agreement on joint name 27 July 2013
- Severn Trent Water on joint name July 2013
For child (under 18 yrs) born in India:
9. Birth Certificate (DOB: 13/12/2012)
NOTE:
* Copies of all the above docs
* Please prepare the file in such a way that it can given to them directly, with clear marking of original and copies of docs.
