Hi,

I am a Tier 1 G Migrant, applying for ILR this OCT, along with my dependents.

My elder daughter is 20 years, so I am applying on a separate SET(O) application, and attaching the following documents:

1. Set (O) separate - Category as PBS Dependent (SET O - section 3, Section B) with a cover letter
2. Diploma Completion certificate
3. Life in the UK pass certificate
4. English Language pass certificate - equivalent to B1 CEFR
5. Birth Certificate
6. Passport & BRP
7. University admission letter for Sep 2014.

Is there anything else that I could attach or carry with me?
She is doing part time/temp jobs, should I need to mention it?

Appreciate your help in time.
Bala

Hi Bala,

Just to clarify:
She is starting University in September 2014, till then she is living with you and doing part time work?
Does it mean she is financially independent from you?

I would try and avoid mentioning about her part time/temp job, as it might cause problems and doesn't help your cause..

As one of the IRL condition is that the dependent
"Should not be leading an independent life"

Maybe someone else on the forum can give further insight..

I am having a similar problem (due for my ILR in June 2014), and still seeking a solution for my situation.

Thank you for your inputs. Quite reasonable, she is waiting to go to the university that she wanted. But, she is not financially independent.
