The cataogy to chose while booking PEO Appointments ILR

Hi,
Can some one please urgently advice which category to chose during the second step of appointments booking page while booking for ILR SET(O). I'm on T1 G and on the 2nd page of appointments it asked for''which catagory of leave are you applying for'' and then there are 4 options and the 2 confusing ones are T1G and other main applicant. I'm not sure which one to chose.
Please some one reply urgently.
