ILR - Immigration history query

Members,
Am applying for ILR with dependents. While my wife has absences well below 180 days for the 5 year stay, just curious to know if they will also check her absences as well.
Also how does the UKBA check for absences, do they verify each entry stamp in the PP or they get the info from their systems. I am however attaching a list even though it is well below 180 days for the 5 year stay.
