Hi, my name is Priya.
I came to UK on Tier 2 ICT in 2009, and end of 2011 i left UK , in the beginning of 2012 i came to UK on Tier 2 Dependent ICT.
My query is 'Can I apply for ILR on my own' ?

Note :- my husband is here for only 2 years.

No difference. A dependant cannot apply for ILR on his/her own, unless under Long Residence.

If you get a work entry clearance, then you may later be eligible for ILR, subject to the requirements under that category.
