Eligibility of ILR. I got rejected once about 10 years ago.

Hi there, today i got the SAR arrived and i found several gaps and one reject for my previous applications.

I have been in UK for already 11.5 years now.

about 10 years ago, my visa expires on 31/DEC/2003, and on 04/DEC/2003 i went to Croydon and apply in person but got rejected due to insufficient evidence provided for previous progress. Then i resubmitted my application on 29/DEC/2003 and this time i got approved (on the same day).

So is this gonna be a big problem for me since i got rejected and approved while my previous visa is still valid? And for now my latest visa expires on 01/DEC/2013, is there any way to bypass this period if needed?

There are also 4 gaps during last 10 years, they were 1,15,16 and 27 days overstaying period (calculated from the day visa expired to the application raised date)

Is my further ILR application still eligible? I am really worried now.

you must be aware that the latest long residence guidance allow the period of overstaying of 28 days. Anyhow in SAR report what comments/note they written for your gaps days 1,15,16,27 days.
