Please accept my apologize if same thread is in forum,

I got ILR last month and my wife will qualify in May2014,after 2years,as she in the uk on Tier-1 Dependent and came in uk before july 12,,,

I believe she will need Set O form but question is

1,,,,,what my documents she needs, how much salary I should have,she is not working as have to look after new born baby?

2,,,,i am not claiming any benefit so kindly also tell me which benefit is save to claim,,,,,,,,,,,,means those don't make hurdle for my wife ILR

On what basis did you qualify for ILR, as a PBS application?

SET(O) is correct then, documents are as per the form, including cohabitation proof. Provide 3 months bank statements and wage slips for adequate maintenance.

If the child was born in the UK? Register the child as British now by virtue of section 1(3) BNA.
