Flr(m) or set(m)

Post by joy_kavee » Mon Oct 21, 2013 10:22 am

Hi

I am currently on a tier 1 general visa. My wife used to be my dependant under tier 1 general. We have been married for over 6years.

Recently, she has successfully applied for indefinite leave under the 10 year rule.

I would like to apply to be her dependant under her indefinite leave.

I am confused which form should I use: FLR(m) or Set(m) ?

I have read a lot about both form but still confused!

Any views anyone or any similar past experience?

FLR(M) is the form to switch to dependent.
