Hi everyone,
Need urgent help please;
In 01/10/2005 I came to UK on Student visa valid till 01/01/07
then I applied for renewal, They gave me Resident permit as Limited leave to remain from 01/02/07 ----> 01/10/08 (1 year and 8 months)
I then applied for IGS from 01/02/08 ----> 01/02/09
then as Tier 1 Post study work from 01/10/09 --> 01/10/10
then as Tier 1 General from 01/03/10 --> 01/03/13 (3 years)
then as Tier 2 General from 01/03/13 --> 01/03/16

I am not sure if I can apply for ILR, My home passport will expire on January 2014 and I will not be able to renew it (wanted back home as opposition)

What should I do?

If you have documented proof or you can prove it then file for Asylum if you are wanted for an activity that is politically motivated or not illegal in UK.

Consult an immigration lawyer that is registered with Home Office.
