Child Dependent Visa valid after parents ILR?

I will be applying for ILR later this month. since my child is born in UK, i am planning to apply for her british passport/naturalisation directly.
However between i get ILR and i apply for his naturalization, i am planning to visit India.
My child has valid tier 1 dependent till apr 2014.
1. would that visa will remain valid once parents got ILR?
2. Will there be any concerns travelling to India and coming back to UK on Child being on Tier 1 Dependent and Parents on ILR?
