Booking PEO appointment after 9:40AM

I want to book PEO appointment for applying my PR after 10:00AM but before midday. I am not able to go to those slots. Anybody knows if I am missing something or its again one more flaw with the website.

Any suggestion on booking slot after 10am?

It seems you need to wait until the before 10 AM appointments starts filling up and then the after 10 AM appointments moves up in the AM list and appears.
