Hi Forum

I would like to know if I can claim the VAT back on a phone I am planning on buying. I am leaving the UK in December for 3 months and will be travelling on a South African Passport to South Africa. I have ILR for the UK and a BRP Card.

Is it possible to claim the VAT back at the airport?
