ILR for new born

Hi,
I am applying for ILR at end of December from Tier 2 (Intra company transfer). My child born in Uk in this October. I am applying for her Indian Passport which I can get before my ILR application. We wanted to retain our baby Indian passport. So can I apply for my baby ILR along with mine in same application.
