Hi,
I am on T1 G visa and going to apply for ILR next month.
I have worked for 3 employers during last 5 years and have managed to get absence letter from 2 of them i.e my current employer and recent previous employer. But the third employer could not give me the letter and I got an email from HR saying they could not confirm the date as they don't keep records for annual leave.
My absence from uk in last 5 years is 121 days, not a single absence in more than 30 days, all are for family visits, no business trip required .
I got all P 60 s and pay slips for last 5 years.
My question is..
Is it okay to submit employer's email and the pay slips of those months I cant get the letter from employer?

If you abscence is less than 180 days in a year you don't need that letter.
Don't worry about it at all.
