Dear members,
I got my Tier-1(General) visa in Jan 2009 and entered UK in March 2009. I got my first job in March 2010. So, there is 1 year employment gap after entering UK.

I am in continuous job since March 2010. Kindly let me know if I am eligible for ILR as my current earning is sufficient to make 75 points. An early response will highly be appreciated.

AFAIK, you should be fine.
Earnings period we will assess @ Page 39 wrote:An applicant can claim points for the earnings he/she has previously made for his/her work.
The applicant can claim points for previous earnings in any single, consecutive 12-month period during the 15 months immediately before the date of applying.

I had called cryodon PEO. The person who received my called told me that since I was out of work for whole 1 year after my entry to UK, so I have breached the immigration law as Tier-1(General) is work visa. I will not be given ILR as I haven't earned anything for 1 year.

This is rubbish. You will be fine if you were continuously applying for jobs and looking for work and have not availed any public funds

I got my Tier-1(general) visa in Jan 2009 and entered UK in March 2009(less than 90 days).

I was outside UK for 3 weeks each in 2010 and 2011, means total 6 weeks absence till date.

I am going to apply for my ILR by Dec end.

Kindly let me know if I need to produce any document for my absence from UK.

Thanks
Ranjeet

Shouldn't be asked for evidence.
