Hi All,
Could you please help me for the below questions in section 5 of the SET (O) form. I am confused whether to mention current salary or salary mentioned in codes of practice?
Current rate of Pay (as stated in the Codes of Practice – hourly rate or annual salary)
Current rate of Pay (as stated in the Codes of Practice Per annum – hourly rate or annual salary)
Number of hours this salary is based on
Number of weekly hours
