Hi All
my close friend ILR is Due in January after completing 2 years of marriage with British National.He came from India on spouse visa which is valid for 2 years.But he has lost his passport.He wants same day service and has the photocopies of previous passport and spouse visa .

he has new passport but he didn't transfer his leave from previous passport to new passport.But he has police report and he also informed home office.

Will it be OK for him to apply for ILR with new passport and other relevant documents as the Home Office already have his visa details.Will there be any issue ??????

He should be okay, if he can show that he satisfies all the requirements.

He does fullfil all other requirements only the issue is that he has passport and entry clearance visa copy.
SO he dont need TOC before he can apply for ILR
