Dear members,

I have been received notice of hearing today, but very surprisingly it will heard in Semptember 2014, although rejection letter was received in July 2013 and I made application for oral appeal in 2 weeks!

Could you tell me if it is normal, as I knew other appeals were usually heard weeks after application was made.

Because as now I have no visa, no job, no income, I could not imagine how to survive another year. Could this hearing be arranged earlier if I communicate with home office about my situation?

But until and unless your appeal is rejected your current "leave to remain" remains valid. isn't it?
