Hi Friends,

I am looking for your advise on my wife SET(M) application.

I have received by Naturalization certificate last week and have not applied for passport as yet. We have booked my wife's PEO appointment for her ILR via SET(M) , she is on FLR just now.

I was going though the form and I found that I need to provide my passport which I don't have. I am just wondering if I can skip that part and provide my certificate only.
Your partner’s current passport or travel document showing that he/she is present and settled in the UK. If you
are making your application by post you can send a complete and full copy of your partner’s current passport
or travel document. Every page of the passport must be copied including any blank pages.
Also, Under child section, my baby is British citizen by birth, so I would just skip the child section ? because, 3.1 ask for below
3.1 Do you and your partner have any children together?
Thanks for your help.

Thanks
Ali

Is your spouse on FLR(M)? The child should be mentioned in 3.9 only.

Your current passport and BRP will suffice to show you're settled. Just write that you are now naturalised and give your naturalisation certificate number.

Thanks D4109125.

Yes, she is on FLR(M). So, I will just provide my boy's details on 3.9 ?

Thanks
Ali
