Dear members,

I will qualify to apply for ILR next year after completion of 5 Years on Tier 1 G. Tier was approved(Initial + Extension) on PGD, completed in The UK and I just wanted to confirm if I would need to acquire English Language Qualifications to successfully obtain ILR or would the PGD studied in UK will suffice for that requirement.

Many Thanks

Hi Scorpian.... i have updated the same topic 15 days ago and no one response me except 2 member although alot of people are in the same boat.
Anyway, Damanisshallo is right as i got confirmation with some reputed colsuntants and Immigration lawyers and almost all agreed on the same point that we dont need to prove english ability again as it was done at the time of EC.
MY ILR is due again next year. keep in touch if you want to share some othert info. PM me your contact no so, we will be in touch.

Once again thanks Damanisshallo for your response for this post.
