I was refused on ground that my institution did not include all the necessary document such as previous certificates when the admin there were doing the visa renewal for students.Fair enough it was very easy to make mistakes during student visa applications back then because it was a transition period between the old student visa regime and the actual tier 4.My lawyer suggested me to appeal although it costed me a fortune but hey it all pays dividend at the end.
