Hi All.
I'm presently on Tier 1 general extension (final year)
Need to apply for ILR, want to confirm if there is any exemption for income criteria if I'm on a maternity leave?
How will my maternity leave effect my ILR ?
Which form and guidance should i look for ?
Any link from UKBA will be helpful
