Documents sent: 2 Passports & Life in the UK certificate.

Additional info: Went to court on 28 March 12 and was convicted for driving without Insurance (IN10), I received 6 points & £200 fine + court cost £65. I did declare this on my ILR application.

Hi, Thank you for sharing your experience. I applied for my ILR on the 10yr residence basis last Dec. I had the same NI10 conviction in 2007 and points already taken off of my licence. In my application I declared that I have /had no criminal conviction but in the space provided at the end of section E, I stated that I had driving points and points were taken off in 2012. Have I done the right thing? What do you think???

Hi
I have parked my car without insurance at outside of my flat(street road) . I received letter from Sharif Court with fixed penalty 150 without any court hearing. The offence code is penalty date 18/11/2015 road traffic act 1988 Section 144A(1)(2) 150. I am planning to apply indefinite to leave remain under 10 years category. I discussed with my solicitor and he advised there are likely chance to refuse the visa and advised to wait another 2 years . Currently i am student visa and doing PhD . However he gave assurance we can win this in judicial review if you willing to get chance.
Would you please advise what chance of success about my application
Thanks
