Hi all,
I came in as a student in Sep 2003 and moved to SeGS scheme in 2005 followed by Tier -2 in Jan 2006 (valid until Jan 2011) I took up redundancy in Jan 2010 to be with my ailing mother followed which I moved to India on Feb 1 2010. I returned back to UK as a Tier 4 dependant on Sep 28th 2010 and now currently staying as a tier 1 PSW dependant valid until April 2014. I am planning to apply for 10 yrs ILR in April 2014. I was absent from UK for around 230 days in 2010( from Feb2010 to Sep 2010). I have letters from doctor supporting my visit to look after my mother and death certificate to support my application. Just want to know what are my chances of getting ILR based on similar cases. Kindly advise. Thanks
